Lead Engineer

Full-stack architect with 12 years of experience building systems at scale. Sigrid specializes in distributed systems, real-time data processing, and cloud infrastructure. She has led engineering teams at two unicorn startups.

Extreme Cinematographer

Magnus has filmed in the most hostile environments on Earth — from the summit of K2 to the eye of a hurricane. He operates drones, helicopters, and ground rigs in conditions that would ground any other crew. When the weather is worst, Magnus is at his best.

Post-Production Supervisor

Anna oversees the entire post-production pipeline — color grading, VFX, sound design, and delivery. She has a meticulous eye for detail and has delivered projects for Netflix, HBO, and major Scandinavian broadcasters.

Jonas is an expert in cross-platform mobile development with React Native and Flutter. He has shipped 15+ apps to app stores with a combined 5M+ downloads. His passion is creating fluid, native-feeling mobile experiences.

Specialized Equipment Lead

Freya builds and modifies the custom rigs that make extreme filming possible. From weather-sealed camera housings to stabilized drone gimbals, she designs the tools that let the team capture what no one else can. She holds 3 patents for filming equipment.

Henrik Larsen

AI/ML Engineer

Henrik leads the AI/ML division, building intelligent systems that power recommendation engines, fraud detection, and predictive analytics. He has a PhD in Machine Learning from NTNU and has published 12 research papers.

Documentary Producer

Ida has produced documentaries that have been screened at Sundance, IDFA, and Hot Docs. She has a gift for finding compelling human stories and the tenacity to see them through the most challenging production environments.

Extreme Field Producer

Viktor is the logistical mastermind behind every SpecProd expedition. He coordinates permits, transport, safety protocols, and crew welfare in environments where a single mistake can be fatal. He has produced shoots on 6 continents and 47 countries.
